The Transformation: Bringing the Outside In

The core of the new Café des Artistes is the Garden. Historically, guests always requested to be seated in the lush outdoor area. The new design ensures the entire restaurant now flows around this central garden.

Key highlights of the remodel include:
The “Dream” Kitchen: Upon entering, guests are now greeted by a stunning, open-view kitchen. “That was my dream,” Thierry says, “that everybody could see that beautiful kitchen” .
Integrated Bar & Music:** The bar is now seamlessly connected to the garden, featuring nightly live music including piano, opera, and violin

Art as a Main Course

Living up to its name, the restaurant remains a “living museum.” The renovation introduced works from three prominent artists
1- Serge Bloch (France): Whimsical, fun designs at the entrance to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere .
2- Rogelio Manso (Mexico):** Stunning large-scale paintings that wrap around the interior spaces
