During the Michelin Guide awards ceremony, held for the first time in Guadalajara, the restaurants ICÚ and Pancho’s Takos were recognized by the prestigious international publication.

With its innovative signature cuisine, ICÚ was included in the Bib Gourmand category, which recognizes restaurants with excellent value for money, while Pancho’s Takos received a Michelin recommendation, awarded to restaurants for serving well-executed dishes made with fresh ingredients.
