In order to encourage the next fall-winter season, the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust organized two presentations before the media in alliance with Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica (VNG), one of the events that has become most representative of the destination by bringing together the largest number of Michelin star chefs and the 50 best in Mexico under one roof.
In these presentations – held in the cities of Guadalajara and León – media, influencers and personalities from the gastronomic and restaurant industry were brought together, with whom figures and events from past editions of VNG were shared, as well as exquisite creations. culinary dishes from Vallarta chef Salvador Carrillo, owner of the La Tienda Grande restaurant and pride of the destination.
In Guadalajara a dinner was held on Tuesday, July 9 at the Casa MaRo restaurant and in León a meal was held on Wednesday, July 10 at Casa Biznaga, where chef Salvador prepared some dishes from the menus, delighting those present with his original bay cuisine.
The occasion was also used to announce the members of the gastronomic industry who will attend the next edition to be held from October 11 to 18 of this year in Puerto Vallarta, where there will be the presence of great world chefs, heading the list the outstanding chef Dani García, who has three Michelin Stars, two of them in his restaurant Smoked Room Madrid and one in Smoked Room Dubai, an award recently won at the last Michelin Star Gala.
