Puerto Vallarta celebrates the flavors of the Pacific with a new edition of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival, a must-attend event for those who enjoy fresh seafood and coastal cuisine. The festival will take place on Sunday, January 31, 2027, at Parque Parota, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with free admission.
The Ceviche and Aguachile Festival promises more than 40 varieties to try and share with friends or family.
In previous editions, the festival has brought together local restaurants, drinks, live music, and gastronomic activities, including a recipe contest.
The Ceviche and Aguachile Festival in Puerto Vallarta is an opportunity to discover different versions of two Mexican classics, enjoy the local atmosphere, and add a delicious stop to your travel itinerary, for both travelers and residents.
