Chef Julio Castillon will guide you through the market tour and provide insights into the culinary culture of Mexico. After the market tour, you’ll return to Gaby’s Restaurant to start the cooking class and use the fresh ingredients you’ve selected to prepare delicious Mexican dishes.

How to cook Chile en Nogada

Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and start at 9:00 am. Class is approximately 5 hours long, giving you ample time to learn and practice various Mexican culinary techniques and dishes.

Taco Tuesday! Only Tuesdays starting at 9:00 am class is approximately 4 hours long. 1,500 pesos

The cost of our Mexican Cooking Classes is $1,300 pesos per person, and it does not include drinks or tips. The price covers the cooking class, the market tour, and all the necessary ingredients and equipment for the class.

Please note that any additional expenses, such as drinks or tips for the staff are optional.

Molcajete sauces, guacamole, tortilla soup, stuffed chilies, chicken in mole and dessert. One or two dishes could vary since we use fresh ingredients from the region that we find in the market.
