Getting to Vallarta Botanical Garden! Hi! How to get to the Puerto Vallarta Botanical Garden! Your jurney starts at the Bus Terminal to El Tuito Bus, located at the corner of Basilio Badillo and Aguacate. The bus runs approximately every hour or less at peek hours. The bus usually shows Botanical Garden in the top sign or in the front Window. As of January 2024 it cost 50 pesos or 3.50UsD. The ride is around 45 to 55 minutes depending on how many stops it will do on the way out. I recommend you go early in the morning to enjoy the better day light and cooler fresher morning air temperature. If you sit by a window, you will enjoy some of the shore view, towns and other popular bus stops to beaches along the way.

You can easily spend 4 plus hours going thru all the walking path and discovery houses. You can take a break at the different benches that are provided along the way. Or you can have a stroll around the gift and souvenir shop area to select any of the original local handmade artworks.
You may also go down to the river, soak your feet in the cooler water and a relaxing time to admire the beautiful surrounding nature, will give some more energy to continue your exploration.
If you have made a long stretch of the trails? You may need some more energy. The restaurant located on the second floor of the main building, has an excellent menu of Mexican Cuisine and International options. You will also have a choice of natural fruit juice, cocktails, wines and beer.
