An extraordinary event with the participation of more than 60 Chefs in 30 restaurants, turning the destinations into the showcase of Mexican gourmet gastronomy for 10 days during the month of November every year since 1995.
The International Gourmet Festival events feature Mexican wines at wine tastings and winemakers, combined with chefs tables at different Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta restaurants. Participants learn that there are good Mexican wines during the festival. The Festival Gourmet chefs from Puerto Vallarta and their guest chefs conduct gourmet cooking demonstrations that include recipes, culinary secrets and a tasty meal. It is a special privilege to be able to interact with international and Mexican chefs in their kitchens.
This is a gourmet tour of the most exquisite participating restaurants in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit. This is one event that should not be missed.
