Festival Ceviche Aguachile 10th Anniversary Jul 27th
Celebrating 10 years of history, a delightful story that began in May 2015 at the Vallarta Institute of Culture (Cuale River Island) and is now being presented in a new location. Save the date and join us for the eighteenth edition this Sunday, July 27th, at Parque Parota, located at 2264 Francisco Medina Ascencio Avenue, next to Plaza Caracol and Marbella Condominiums. More than 45 types of ceviches and aguachiles prepared with seafood and fresh produce will be presented by various restaurants such as:

Preparing: What is Ceviche and Aguachile? https://promovisionpv.com/what-is-ceviche-and-aguachile/ Ceviche is the famous dish from Latin America where fresh fish and other seafood is “cooked” in lime juice and mixed with chilli, coriander/cilantro, onion and other flavorings.

To complement the culinary experience, we will also have bars with refreshing drinks prepared with artisanal spirits such as “Tequila Cazcabel,” “Mezcal Dios Niño,” craft beers with “Travesía Chelera,” “Los Cuentos,” and local talent with “Playa Grande” beer.
In addition to “Cincorcho” wines, fresh waters, and even ice creams, ice cream, and “Ay José” hot sauces.
Admission to the venue is free and open to the whole family. It is recommended to bring cash to purchase food and drinks. For added comfort, shaded dining areas will be set up so you can enjoy a wonderful and exquisite afternoon accompanied by live music and DJs who will get us dancing.
