A 35-Year Evolution: The New Face of Café des Artistes

Café des Artistes has never been a static establishment. To celebrate 35 years, Chef Thierry Blouet embarked on a ambitious remodeling project that was five years in the making [01:26].

The “Inside Garden” Concept
The core of the redesign is the Inside Garden. Understanding that every guest wants to be near the lush, natural beauty of the restaurant’s famous garden, the entire space has been reoriented to surround it [02:41].

The Open Kitchen: A dream of Thierry’s, the new entrance now greets guests with a stunning view of the kitchen in action [03:34].
