Best Greek Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. Incredible 5-Course Feast at Mykonos!

In the Versalles colonial of Puerto Vallarta on the corner of Calle Francia and Yugoslavia you will find our favourite Greek restaurant. Tucked away on the second floor in Puerto Vallarta, Mykonos feels like stepping straight into the Mediterranean.
To get there, you ascend a charming spiral staircase… and as you arrive, you are welcomed into a space filled with classic Greek character. Blue and white walls, beautifully painted Mediterranean scenes, and thoughtful details everywhere you look.
While there is indoor seating, most of the dining area opens to the fresh air outside, covered overhead with vines and hanging grape leaves. Add in the soft, warm lighting, and the whole atmosphere feels relaxed, romantic, and unmistakably Greek.
If you love Greek food as much as we do, you are going to want to add this spot to your list.

We are lucky to have such an amazing Greek restaurant right here and while their regular menu is always fantastic, there’s something extra special you need to know about.
On the last Sunday of every month, they offer a cinco tiempo, or 5-course meal, for just 750 pesos… and after hearing so many great things, we had to try it.
And wow… it did not disappoint.

We started with a selection of traditional Greek tapas: tzatziki, babaganoush, hummus, and tapenade, all served with warm, soft pita bread. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick things off.
For the second course, we had a choice between a Greek salad or a portobello mushroom soup. I went with the soup and as a mushroom lover, this was a dream. Rich, creamy, and packed with deep, earthy flavor. My wife chose the Greek salad, loaded with feta cheese, olives, and a classic Greek dressing and she absolutely loved it.

Then came the third course… and this might have been our favorite part.
Two incredible appetizers: spanakopita, a classic flaky phyllo pastry filled with spinach and yogurt, and dolmadaki grape leaves wrapped around rice and tender pieces of lamb, finished with a bright lemon cream sauce.
Honestly… that dolmadaki might be my new favorite dish.
For the main course, we had some tough decisions: fish filet, shrimp linguine, chicken shish kebab, or moussaka.

I went with the shrimp linguine perfectly cooked, full of flavor and my wife chose the chicken shish kebab, served with rice pilaf and tzatziki. Paired with a nice glass of wine… it was absolutely spot on.
And just when we thought it could not get better… dessert arrived.
We usually go for baklava, but this time they served something new to us Galaktoboureko. A delicate phyllo pastry filled with orange-infused cream, topped with honey and walnuts.
It was light, sweet, and the perfect ending to an already unforgettable meal.
We have always loved the regular menu here, but this 5-course experience was truly something special.
If you decide to try it come hungry. The portions are generous, and you’re going to want to enjoy every single bite.
