Southwest Airlines announced a new flight from Sacramento, California starting next March.
Given the increase in demand for seats to the Jalisco destination, Southwest Airlines announced that it will begin operating a non-stop flight between Sacramento and Puerto Vallarta every Saturday starting March 8, 2025; This is in addition to the five non-stop routes to Puerto Vallarta that the airline already has.
With this flight, Southwest Airlines expands its offer with a new weekly international service. This new connection from Sacramento to Puerto Vallarta is added to the non-stop Alaska Airlines flight that will begin operations in January 2025, representing an approximate increase of 1,400 airplane seats to the destination monthly.
