The property is built on multiple terraced levels, surrounded by lush hanging gardens, with infinity-style pools and cozy spaces that make you want to sit back and soak it all in. But the real highlight here is the rooftop restaurant easily one of the best vantage points in the city for sunset.
We came up here to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday, and honestly, it could not have been a better choice. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and those unbeatable views as the sun slowly dropped into the Pacific. Watching the city light up while enjoying a meal with family made this a truly memorable evening.
If you are looking for a unique dining experience in Puerto Vallarta with a view that is hard to top, Casa Isabel is definitely worth the climb.
