La Dulce Vista Rancho Hotel & Villas. Hey everyone! We just spent an unforgettable day at La Dulce Vista Rancho Hotel & Villas, a beautiful ranch-style resort nestled in the Sierra Madre mountains just outside of Puerto Vallarta and wow, it delivered on every level!

Horseback Riding Ranch
One of the highlights was exploring the ranch and yes, they have horseback riding through the countryside, along trails and the Mascota River with scenic views all around. If conditions are right, you might even get to swim with your horse! It’s an absolute blast the guides were awesome.
Nature, Hiking & Cycling
There are trails for hiking and mountain biking if you’re up for exploring further into the lush Sierra Madre landscape.
Pool, Hot Springs, Jacuzzis & Chill Zones
After all the activity, we loved just relaxing in the large inviting pool, soaking in jacuzzis, or kicking back in a hammock under the palapa. Bonus? There are natural volcanic hot springs too, total zen mode.
Food, Tequila & Cooking Fun
The on-site restaurant and bar are top notch. We even did a cooking class where we made some of the best salsa and guacamole ever seriously and enjoyed an artisan tequila tasting featuring small-batch spirits.
Family-Friendly Extras
La Dulce Vista has so much for kids and families a play area, trampoline, volleyball court, swings, hammocks, and lots of space to run around and explore.

It’s even pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun.
