Chili Cook Off in Lo de Marcos Riviera Nayarit

Chili Lovers. save the date and join in the fun on Saturday, March 23rd from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the 6th Annual Chili Cook-off, as Lo de Marcos turns up the heat.

Come on out and enjoy homemade chili, music, a Talent Show and some other planned fun and surprises as we come together for a fun filled afternoon in the Lo de Marcos Town Plaza.

Event Tickets are available in advance at the Galvan Real Estate offices in Guayabitos, Aticama, and Lo de Marcos for just $125 Pesos, or at the door on the day of the event for $150 Pesos. Children under 5 are free.

Bring your taste buds and a spoon, and prepare to cast your vote for the BEST CHILI in town!

The popular Chili Pepper Eating Contest that each year has captivated everyone’s attention is on again, so get ready everyone!

For our Chili Chefs, this year we have created a second category so that the playing field is even. For our Professional Chefs and Restaurants, we have created a Professional Category. All other chili entrants will be entered into the Chili Expert category.

This is Galvan’s third and final fundraising event of the year and will be to benefit Amigos de Animales Lo de Marcos. This group is dedicated to helping the animals of Lo de Marcos and the surrounding towns in Riviera Nayarit.
